What Do You Value?
It’s a simple question really. What do you value?
For us as individuals we may have many answers – loved ones; our health; a passion or interest; sometimes, rightly or wrongly, it can even be things like money or fame. But applied to an organization—an advertising agency—our values mean something else. In this case it applies to those core principles that we all hold dear no matter the situation.
At Razorfish Health, our senior leadership worked hard to identify and codify the values we live by as an agency. This impacts who we hire (take note prospective candidates reading this the night before the big interview!). This impacts who we promote. This impacts how we work relentlessly on behalf of our clients (and why every one of our agency of record clients has given us an additional brand over the past three years).
We believe in: TRUTH, GRIT, CURIOSITY, INITIATIVE, AND EMPATHY. What I personally love so much about this list is that these values work in combination. We are not just gritty and driven with initiative, but we are at the same time curious to explore new ideas and new ways and always empathetic whether to a client need or an employee need or to those in the communities where we work.
