A Month of Kindness with Razorfish Health 2023

Written by: Kara Dugan, President (she/her)

November is commonly viewed as a month of change. Days become shorter, temperatures grow colder, and we prepare for the shift into a new year. In parallel with the seasons’ changes, we have an opportunity to embrace a different type of transformation—one driven by kindness. Just like the world around us, we too can embrace change by using the warmth of kindness to brighten the path ahead of us.

For the third year in a row, Razorfish Health is deeming November as “A Month of Kindness.” In line with World Kindness Day, Thanksgiving, and Giving Tuesday, we use this month as a time to create positive change and to refocus our energy toward spreading kindness and generosity to ourselves, to others, and to communities around us.

Each day throughout the month, we challenge you to complete one daily act of kindness. As kindness can be expressed in a multitude of ways, we’ve broken it down into 5 categories: workplace kindness, community kindness, self-kindness, actions of kindness, and words of kindness. Be sure to follow along on social (RFH Instagram, RFH LinkedIn, RFH Facebook) for your daily task.

Guided by a “people-first, people-strong” ideology, individuals are at the heart of everything we do. In addition to creating a connected and positive work environment for our own community, we strive to support the communities around us as well. Through RFHCares, our internal initiative focused on giving back, we have recently shown support through contributions to the Skin Cancer Foundation’s Champions for Change Gala, and The Greater Chicago Food Depository.

Whether you’re hoping to give back, in need of some self-love, or just looking for a simple reminder to be kind, A Month of Kindness is an opportunity for us all to embrace positive change that brings us closer to the good.

If you are interested in joining the RFH team, check out our open roles. We know you are not your resume; we understand you are not your work, and we respect that you are so much more than a job description. You are you. So come find a seat and do you with us.
