Reflecting on Black History Month 2025: Honoring African Americans and Labor
Written by: Jen Fracassa, SVP, Talent (she/her)
At Razorfish Health, we believe building a better tomorrow means fostering progress not only for health care providers and patients, but also for the talented individuals who power our work. Guided by our DE&I mission and rooted in our "people-first, people-strong" philosophy, we are dedicated to cultivating an environment where opportunity, inclusion, and advancement aren’t just nice-to-haves; they’re business priorities.
That’s why, this Black History Month, we are humbled to reflect on the 2025 theme, African Americans and Labor, which highlights the transformative impact of Black workers and their contributions to shaping societies, cultures, and industries across time and space. As we honor this legacy, we are reminded of the importance of taking action—to listen first, learn, and support efforts to amplify Black voices and dismantle systemic barriers. Together, we aim to create a future where everyone’s work is valued and celebrated.
