Gaining Through Giving: National Volunteer Month

At Razorfish Health, our signature “people-first, people-strong” philosophy extends beyond our day-to-day agency remit. Understanding the positive impact that comes from supporting our communities and the individuals within them, we encourage our people to give back purposefully.
Through volunteerism, people typically find themselves not only giving something (perhaps it’s their time, their energy, or their resources) but receiving something meaningful in return as community ties are reinforced, horizons are broadened, and self-purpose is strengthened.
To celebrate the practice, and as April is National Volunteer Month, we talked to a few of our people to understand their experiences as well as the difference it’s made in their lives. Here’s what we’ve learned:
At RFH, we value giving back to those around us and motivate one another to do so. Through our internal philanthropic initiative, RFHCares, we’ve built a community where we prioritize giving back, spreading kindness, and bringing awareness to employee-supported causes. With Publicis Groupe’s donation-match program, qualifying donations of money or time will be matched up to $1,000 annually.
