Pavlichko is a seasoned new business professional with an impeccable record. She has led the Business Development and Marketing disciplines at RFH for the past 6 years, where she established the growth practice and reimagined the RFH brand, delivering consistent year-over-year growth for RFH. Pavlichko has 15+ years of unparalleled winning experience across Consumer, Media, and Healthcare verticals, including notable wins for brands like Tic Tac, Nintendo, UPS, and a long list of pharma companies and brands. With keen attention to both her team’s growth and agency success, Pavlichko is a motivating and pragmatic catalyst who seamlessly navigates the needs of her agency, network, and clients.
